Muffin's Participating Veterinarians are listed below by location.  Click area to see veterinarian near you. 

*Check the vet list to see who accepts a faxed copy of Muffin's cert. Make an appointment with vet first, then call Muffin's and request cert. faxed to the vet. Mention pets name and date and time of appointment.

When you call to make the appointment with the vet's office, verify that the vet is still in Muffin's program.  Mention that you have the Muffin certificate.  Reminder: Bring certificate with you when pet is brought in for surgery.  Transport the cat in a carrier.  Bring the dog in on a leash.  Please thank the vet for being in Muffin's program.
